Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE MATERIAIS, BEM COMO PRODUçãO E USO DA COMPOSIçãO DE MATERIAIS". Composição de materiais (1) estanque a vácuo e resistente a choques de temperatura, processos para produção da mesma, bem como uso da mesma. Através de uma primeira camada de união (3) de um vidro de silicato de manganês, no qual está inserido pelo menos um dos metais molibdênio, tungstênio, paládio ou platina, e uma segunda camada de união (4) de um vidro de silicato de manganês é obtida uma união permanente entre uma safira de óxido de alumínio (2) e uma cerâmica de óxido de alumínio (5). Os materiais individuais são fundidos por sinterização. A composição de materiais (1) é usada para inserção de uma janela de safira de óxido de alumínio (2) em uma carcaça (16) para um tiristor (24) de fotoignição.
