Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE MATERIAIS, BEM COMO PRODUçãO E USO DA COMPOSIçãO DE MATERIAIS". Composição de materiais (1) estanque a vácuo e resistente a choques de temperatura, processos para produção da mesma, bem como uso da mesma. Os materiais individuais são fundidos por sinterização. A composição de materiais (1) é usada para inserção de uma janela de safira de óxido de alumínio (2) em uma carcaça (16) para um tiristor (24) de fotoignição.
