"MANIPULAçãO DE VìRUS DE RNA DE FILAMENTO NEGATIVO POR REARRANJO DE SEUS GENES E USOS DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção fornece um processo para aumentar a expressão de um gene distante do promotor em um vírus da ordem Mononegavirales e um vírus recombinante construído através de tal processo. é também fornecido um processo para atenuar um vírus da ordem Mononegavirales e para construir um vírus atenuado útil para uma vacina.
