Abstract

"CAIXA DO MANCAL DO EIXO DE MANIVELAS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma caixa do mancal do eixo de manivelas de um motor de combustão em um automóvel de um material composto de aço/alumínio a partir de uma camada de viga de aço e de uma camada de liga de alumínio chapeada com partes de estanho e cobre na camada de liga de alumínio, eventualmente com uma camada de alumínio puro intercalada, sendo que a camada de deslizamento de alumínio é formada por uma liga de AISn(20-23)Cu(1,8-2,3) eventualmente com adições de até 0,1%, em peso, de Ni, 0,7%, em peso, de Si, 0,7%, em peso, de Fe, 0,7%, em peso, de Mn, 0,2%, em peso, de Ti, sendo que Si, Fe e Mn na soma importam em < 1%, em peso e aditivos condicionados por impurezas de um total abaixo de 0,5%, em peso, e que a camada de deslizamento de alumínio após um tratamento térmico apresenta uma dureza Brinell de pelo menos 45 HB 1/5/30.
