Abstract

"CIRCUITO PARA LINEARIZAR DISPOSITIVOS ELETRôNICOS". Um amplificador de rádio freqüência com melhor linearidade e distorção de terceira ordem mínima. O amplificador inclui um primeiro transistor possuindo um primeiro, um segundo e um terceiro terminais, com o primeiro terminal sendo um terminal de entrada, o segundo terminal sendo o terminal de saída e o terceiro terminal sendo um terminal comum. é incluído um circuito de linearização, possuindo um primeiro e um segundo terminais. O primeiro terminal está conectado ao terminal comum do transistor e o segundo terminal está conectado ao terminal de entrada do transistor. Em uma modalidade específica, o circuito de linearização é implementado na forma de um buffer de ganho unitário com um terminal de entrada conectado ao terminal comum do transistor e um terminal de saída conectado ao terminal de entrada do transistor. De acordo com os ensinamentos da invenção, o buffer possui um baixo ganho e alta impedância de saída na primeira freqüência (f~ 1~) de um primeiro sinal aplicado ao circuito e uma segunda freqüência (f~ 2~) de um segundo sinal aplicado ao circuito e um ganho unitário e baixa impedância de saída uma diferença entre as primeira e segunda freqüências. Em outra modalidade específica, o indutor é inserido entre a saída do buffer de ganho unitário e o terminal de entrada do transistor. Em modalidades alternativas, são apresentados circuitos para prover um offset de corrente direta na entrada do transistor. Como outra alternativa, o circuito de linearização consiste de um indutor e um capacitor em série conectados entre os terminais comum e de entrada do transistor. Em mais outra modalidade, o circuito de linearização consiste do primeiro e segundo circuitos de indutor e capacitor em série. O primeiro circuito LC em série é conectado entre o terminal comum do transistor e o terra e o segundo circuito LC em série é conectado entre o terminal de entrada do transistor e o terra.
