Abstract

"FILTRO-PRENSA". Filtro-prensa (1) para a filtração de suspensões possui um pacote do elementos filtrantes (5) em forma de placa que em uma posição de filtração em disposição paralela horizontal podem ser pressionadas uma contra a outra de modo vedante. Nisto, os elementos filtrantes (5) formam respectivamente aos pares uma câmara de filtração que pelo menos unilateralmente é delimitada por um meio filtrante plano. Além disto, os elementos filtrantes (5) podem ser transferidos para uma posição de esvaziamento, onde elementos filtrantes (5) vizinhos possuem uma distância entre si que permite uma retirada do bagaço de filtração das câmaras de filtração. Para se reduzir a altura construtiva de tal filtro-prensa (1) ou para se aumentar a superfície de filtração com a altura construtiva inalterada, sugere-se que os elementos filtrantes (5) na posição de esvaziamento são inclinados um contra o outro alternadamente em direção oposta, de modo que a distância entre elementos filtrantes (5) vizinhos aumenta em direção de descarga do bagaço de filtração.
