Abstract
"PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para polimerizar monómero compreendendo contato de um ou mais monómero(s) com um sistema de catalisador em um reator de fase de gás tendo um pleno e um sistema de reciclagem para remoção de um gás de reciclagem e monómero(s) não-reagidos do reator e retorno do gás de reciclagem e monómero(s) frescos para o reator, o método compreendendo as etapas de (a) resfriamento do gás de reciclagem para formar um gás de reciclagem resfriado; (b) opcionalmente combinação do gás de reciclagem resfriado com gás de reciclagem adicional; e (c) injeção do gás de reciclagem resfriado no reator de fase de gás através do pleno.
