Abstract

"PROCESSO FLEXìVEL MELHORADO DE PRODUçãO DE BASES óLEOS E DESTILADOS MéDIOS COM UMA CONVERSãO-HIDROISOMERIZAçãO SEGUIDA POR UMA DESPARAFINAçãO CATALìTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo melhorado de produção simultânea de bases de óleo de altíssima qualidade e de destilados médios de altíssima qualidade, processo este compreendendo etapas sucessivas de hidroisomerização e desparafinação catalítica. A etapa de hidroisomerização é realizada na presença de catalizadores contendo pelo menos um metal nobre depositado em um suporte de ácido amorfo, a dispersão do metal sendo de 20 a 100%. O suporte é preferencialmente um suporte de sílica-alumina amorfa. A etapa de desparafinação catalítica é realizada na presença de catalizadores contendo pelo menos um elemento hidro-desidrogenante (grupo VIII) e pelo menos uma peneira molecular, escolhida dentre 28M-30, EU-2 e EU-11.
