Abstract
"CABO E FIO SENSOR DE áGUA PARA UM CABO". A invenção refere-se a um fio sensor de água (WSW) para um cabo (PCA) onde o fio sensor de água (WSW) compreende um condutor (WC), um isolante permeável à água (WI) circundando o condutor (WC) e onde o condutor (WW) é formado por uma pluralidade de fios metálicos (WW). O fio sensor de água (WSW) também pode compreender uma pluralidade de filamentos (WRFI) contidos no interior do isolante permeável à água (WI). Por conseguinte, a aplicação longitudinal ou radial de tensões não pode causar um dano do fio sensor de água (WSW) porque danos podem ser evitados pela seção transversal deformável do condutor sensor e pelo reforço provido através dos filamentos (WRFI). O fio sensor de água (WSW) de acordo com a invenção é particularmente útil em cabos de força porém também pode ser utilizado em cabos de telecomunicação ou de fibras ópticas.
