Abstract

"ESTRUTURA PARA PRENSAS, EM PARTICULAR PARA A FORMAçãO DE PRODUTOS CERâMICOS". A estrutura para prensas compreende: uma estrutura resistente constituída por pelo menos um elemento de resistência (1) o qual, por sua vez compreende um elemento anular plano (2) internamente ao qual e em posições diametricalmente opostas duas superfícies de revestimento (20) são arranjadas, entre as superfícies de revestimento (20) pelo menos uma ferramenta mecânica (5) pode ser inserida, para exercer uma ação de prensagem e compressão entre dois corpos um objeto ou um material a ser prensado, as duas superfícies de revestimento (20) recebendo reações iguais e opostas à ação de prensagem. Cortes são feitos nas extremidades das superfícies de revestimento (20) cujos cortes envolvem uma espessura total da superfície de revestimento (20). Cada um dos cortes compreendendo uma primeira região (22) que é paralela à direção de prensagem e uma segunda parte (23) que é circular na forma; a segunda parte circular (23) do corte constituindo um assento plano para discos (24). Meios de interposição são providos para serem interpostos entre as extremidades das superfícies de revestimento (20) de maneira que as duas resultantes, paralelas à direção de prensagem, da ação exercida em cada das superfícies de revestimento (20) são localizadas externamente aos centros das correspondentes segundas partes circulares (23).
