Abstract
"TREM LAMINADOR CONTìNUO PARA AçO FINO OU ARAME". Um trem laminador contínuo para aço fino ou arame, compreendendo blocos intermediários (ZB I, ZB II) e blocos de acabamento sob medida (MFB) dispostos atrás de um segmento de laminação intermediária do trem de laminação, sendo dispostos na frente e entre estes, assim como atrás destes, trechos de resfriamento (KS, KS 1, KS 2, KS 3, KS 4, KS 5, KS 6) e trechos de compensação térmica, assim como um dispositivo coletor de material laminado consecutivo a estes últimos, sendo que uma multiplicidade de linhas de guia (FL I, FL II, FL III) essencialmente paralelas ligadas entre si através de desvios intermediários (ZW 1, ZW 2, ZW 3, ZW 4, ZW 5) e de inversões (UF 1, UF 2, UF 3, UF 4) , permitem a condução do fio de material laminado (WS) que sai do segmento intermediário do trem laminador, através de segmentos predeterminados dos trechos de guia (FL I, FL II, FL III) e dos trechos de compensação térmica, de resfriamento e de laminação dispostos nestes trechos de guia, e permitem deste modo se conduzir uma boa compensação térmica entre o núcleo e a superfície do material laminado e produzir a laminação com acabamento do fio de material laminado a uma temperatura baixa e compensada do material laminado.
