Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE ALGODãO E SISTEMA DE FORMAçãO DE UM FARDO COMPACTO A PARTIR DE ALGODãO REMOVIDO DE PLANTAS POR UMA COLHEITADEIRA DE ALGODãO". Estrutura coletora de algodão que inclui um receptáculo sustentado por um chassi sobre rodas e um transportador ao nível do piso conduzindo o algodão no sentido de um conjunto vertical de rotores munidos de palhetas que alimentam o algodão ao interior de uma tremonha vertical. O algodão alimentado é dirigido para o interior de uma prensa de enfardar montada sobre o chassi para formar e embrulhar fardos. O fardo embrulhado compacto é descarregado pela prensa de enfardar e carregado sobre um dispositivo transportador usando equipamento manipulador de fardos tal como um carregador montado sobre trator. A prensa de enfardar pode ser montada diretamente sobre o chassi com o receptáculo e a tremonha para deslocamento como uma unidade para o local de campo desejado para recepção do algodão proveniente da cesta da colheitadeira. Em uma concretização alternativa, a prensa de enfardar pode ser uma unidade em separado rebocada por detrás ou rebocada independentemente do chassi e do coletor e da tremonha.
