Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE MOLDE DE SOLDA EXOTéRMICA". Uma montagem de molde de solda exotérmica para formar conexões soldadas de condutor com condutor. A montagem de molde de solda exotérmica inclui uma seção de cadinho possuindo uma câmara de reação em formato de U com material exotérmico no mesmo, e uma seção de molde possuindo uma pluralidade de superfícies exteriores verticais com furos perfurados perpendicularmente através das superfícies planas. Uma câmara de solda é centralmente localizada dentro da seção de molde, a câmara de molde e a câmara de reação sendo conectadas de modo comunicável por um furo cónico se estendendo verticalmente. os furos são equipados com luvas guia se projetando para fora da câmara de solda. os condutores a serem soldados são inseridos na câmara de solda através das luvas guia.
