Abstract

"REGULADOR DE âNGULO DE BOCAL PARA MECANISMO DE BOCAL AJUSTáVEL E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". é o objeto da presente invenção propor uma turbina de capacidade variável, que não exige nem o processo de ajuste da posição de abertura completa e da posição de fechamento perfeito, nem o batoque de posição completa exclusivo, na qual as tarefas de ajuste para se fixar a posição de abertura completa das palhetas do bocal não são necessárias, e os acidentes de danificação da roda da turbina, causados pela abertura excessiva da palhetas do bocal, podem ser evitados. Ela tem uma série de elementos de junta, do mesmo número que as palhetas do bocal, que ligam uma série de eixos do bocal para palhetas do bocal e o elemento de acionamento do bocal, e que fazem girar os eixos do bocal com um movimento de oscilação forçado pelo elemento de acionamento do bocal. O regulador de ângulo de bocal é dotado de duas superfícies detentoras de abertura completa instaladas em pelo menos elementos de junta vizinhos, para mover as palhetas do bocal na direção de abertura e deter as palhetas de bocal na posição de abertura completa pelo contato dos dois elementos de junta vizinhos um com o outro. O regulador de ângulo de bocal é também dotado de uma superfície detentora instalada no elemento de junta e no engaste de bocal, respectivamente, as superfícies detentoras de fechamento entrando em contato uma com a outra na posição de abertura mínima das palhetas do bocal, na qual as palhetas do bocal se detêm na posição de ângulo de abertura mínima.
