Abstract

"CONJUNTO PARA A DISTRIBUIçãO DE PARTìCULAS SóLIDAS EM UMA MANTA MóVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto que inclui uma manta móvel arrastada em uma primeira direção e um aparelho de espargir que distribui de maneira uniforme partículas sólidas sobre a manta móvel. O aparelho de espargir inclui um disco giratório dotado de uma superfície superior e uma superfície inferior. A superfície superior é adaptada para distribuir as partículas sólidas para fora na medida em que as partículas sólidas colidem sobre a superfície superior do disco giratório. O aparelho de espargir adicionalmente inclui um defletor posicionado sobre o disco giratório. O defletor inclui um primeiro diâmetro e um segundo diâmetro onde o primeiro diâmetro é menor do que o segundo diâmetro, e o primeiro diâmetro é orientado perpendicular à primeira direção na qual a manta está se movendo e o segundo diâmetro é orientado paralelo à primeira direção na qual a manta está se movendo. O aparelho de espargir também inclui um conjunto de alimentação posicionado acima do disco giratório de modo a proporcionar um suprimento predeterminado de partículas sólidas à superfície superior do disco giratório.
