Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE SUPORTE PARA VIRABREQUIM". Uma pista interna (28) que forma uma parte do mancal principal (22) é encaixada de forma solta em uma sede de mancal (13) de um eixo (12), e uma direção de um empuxo é fixada por um flange (31) de uma roda de sincronização para corrente (30) encaixada por pressão no eixo (12). O diâmetro externo (R1) da roda de sincronização para corrente (30) e o diâmetro externo (R3) do flange são respectivamente ajustados de modo a serem menores do que o diâmetro externo (R4) da pista interna (28). Uma pista externa (26) do mancal principal (22) é encaixada por pressão e fixada no lado do virabrequim esquerdo (20) e um rolamento (27) é integrado. Quando o eixo (12) entra na parte interna do rolamento (27), a roda de sincronização para correia (30) e o fLange (31) passam pela parte interna do rolamento (27) e a pista interna (28) é encaixada no rolamento (27). Aqui, o diâmetro interno (R2) da pista interna (28) pode ser feita menor do que o diâmetro externo (R1) da roda de sincronização para corrente (30).
