Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM CONTADOR DE LìQUIDO VOLUMéTRICO DO TIPO COM PISTãO OSCILANTE". Processo de fabricação de um contador de líquido volumétrico do tipo com pistão oscilante, compreendendo uma câmara de medida cilíndrica 30 que comporta os seguintes elementos: uma parte inferior 16 formada por uma parede lateral 2 e um fundo 1 munida de um orifício de entrada 7, sobre o qual vem se encaixar uma parte superior 17 que comporta uma tampa 2 munida de um orifício de saída 8, uma divisória fixa 9 disposta entre a parte inferior e superior, um pistão 11 de forma cilíndrica disposta de forma excêntrica e orientado cinematicamente na câmara por intermédio da divisória 9 em uma fenda 15 desse pistão, um filtro 20 encaixado sobre essa câmara 30 destinado a filtrar o líquido que penetra no orifício de entrada, e uma junta de estanqueidade 49 destinada a forçar o escoamento do líquido através da câmara de medida, evitando o escoamento direto do líquido de uma canalização de admissão para uma tubulação de evacuação do contador, esse processo consistindo em fabricar pelo menos um desses elementos por um processo de moldagem por injeção por meio de um molde de forma adaptada a esse elemento a ser fabricado, caracterizado pelo fato de o processo comportar as seguintes etapas: - injetar um primeiro material para formar pelo menos uma parte de um revestimento do elemento, depois - injetar pelo menos um segundo material, apresentando características mecânicas diferentes do primeiro material, para formar um núcleo do elemento.
