Abstract

"COMBINAçãO DE UM EIXO DOTADO DE UMA PARTE DE MONTAGEM DE MANCAL DE SEçãO TRANSVERSAL NãO CIRCULAR E DE UM MANCAL DOTADO DE PISTA INTERNA E PISTAS EXTERNAS, E, CONJUNTO PARA MONTAR UM EIXO EM UM MEMBRO ESTRUTURAL FIXO PARA ROTAçãO". Cada extremidade de um rolo é definida por um eixo curto que é não circular em seção transversal e suportado por uma parede lateral para rotação por um mancal de esferas dotado de uma pista interna contendo um orifício de montagem que é conformado complementar a, e localizado sobre, o eixo curto. A pista interna é fixada contra deslocamento axial ou radial em relação ao eixo, desse modo prevenindo que o mancal venha a bater contra o eixo curto durante a operação. De acordo com uma concretização da invenção, a pista externa do mancal é montada no interior de um diâmetro interno complementarmente conformado de uma luva que tem uma superfície exterior cilíndrica e, por sua vez, é montada para deslocamento axial em um diâmetro interno cilíndrico de uma caixa de mancal que é montada na parede lateral com a assistência de um suporte de mancal. De acordo com uma segunda concretização da invenção, a pista externa do mancal é montada no interior de um diâmetro interno complementarmente conformado de uma caixa de mancal que, por sua vez, é montada na parede lateral com o auxílio de um suporte de mancal que é construído para flexionar-se axialmente enquanto mantém resistência radial. Ambas as concretizações limitam assim a carga axial que é transmitida entre o eixo e a parede lateral por intermédio do mancal.
