Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE PORCA DE AJUSTAGEM PARA UM OPERADOR DE PORTA". A presente invenção ensina um operador de porta acionado para veículos de trânsito de passageiros tendo um conjunto de porca de ajustagem que se encaixa em um suporte de dobradiça de porta substancialmente conectado a uma porta disposta em uma abertura da estrutura do veículo. Essa porca de ajustagem ainda se encaixa em um parafuso regulador, para mover uma porta para cobrir e descobrir uma abertura para ingresso e regresso de passageiros em uma parede de um veículo de trânsito, quando de uma rotação do parafuso regulador permitida por um movedor primário rotativo. O conjunto de acionamento compreende um alojamento, que tem uma cavidade interna, pelo menos uma inserção de porca de ajustagem tendo uma porção de hélice substancialmente idêntica à hélice do parafuso regulador e disposta na referida cavidade interna, e um grampo de retenção se encaixando na referida inserção de porca de ajustagem, para retenção substancial do mesmo. O grampo de retenção ainda provê uma substituição simples dessa pelo menos uma inserção de porca de ajustagem, durante ciclos de manutenção, desse modo eliminando, substancialmente, a lubrificação periódica geralmente empregada com os operadores de porta acionada da técnica anterior.
