Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA CONTROLAR UM ENGATE DE EIXO PTO OPERADO HIDRAULICAMENTE, E, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE ENGATE PARA CONTROLAR UM ENGATE DE EIXO PTO ATUADO HIDRAULICAMENTE". Um engate PTO de um veículo para agricultura conecta uma linha de acionamento de entrada a uma linha de acionamento de saída para acoplamento a um implemento anexado. Um processo e sistema para controlar o engate PTO inclui sensores para sentir velocidades de rotação em ambos os lados do engate. O deslizamento do engate é determinado a partir das velocidades sentidas. Um controlador recebe um sinal de deslizamento real e um sinal de deslizamento desejado e controla a pressão no engate para manter um deslizamento de engate desejado constante, no sentido de evitar condições de sobrecarga. O torque transmitido pelo engate é determinado como uma função do deslizamento no engate e da pressão do engate, e um sinal representando este torque é exibido a um operador.
