Abstract

"APARELHO PARA REVESTIR A SUPERFìCIE EXTERNA DE UM TUBO NãO GIRATóRIO COM UM FLUIDO, APARELHO PARA REVESTIR ELETROSTATICAMENTE A SUPERFìCIE EXTERNA DE UM TUBO NãO GIRATóRIO COM PARTìCULA EM Pó E MéTODO PARA A APLICAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO DE FLUIDO AO LONGO DO COMPRIMENTO DE UM TUBO NãO GIRATóRIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho (10) e a um método para revestir a superfície externa de um tubo não giratório (22) com um fluido. O aparelho (20) compreende um reservatório de fluido (24) para armazenar o fluído (26) a ser descarregado por sobre a superfície do tubo (22) e uma câmara de recebimento de tubo (28) a qual se estende através de e é separada a partir do reservatório de fluido (24). O aparelho adicionalmente inclui um conjunto de aplicação de fluido (30) tendo uma pluralidade de aberturas de admissão de fluido (70) posicionadas no referido reservatório de fluido para a admissão de fluido a partir do mesmo. As referidas aberturas de admissão de fluido (70) são giratórias em um padrão circular no interior do reservatório (24) em torno de um trajeto que se estende através da câmara. O conjunto tem uma pluralidade de saídas de descarga de fluido (72) em comunicação de fluido com as referidas aberturas de admissão de fluido (70) e orientadas em direção ao trajeto. As saídas de descarga de fluido (172) são giratórias em uníssono com as referidas aberturas de admissão de fluido em torno do trajeto, pelo que o fluido que entra nas referidas aberturas de admissão de fluido a partir do reservatório é descarregado através das referidas saídas de descarga de fluido (72) para revestir a referida superfície externa de um tubo que está sendo transportado ao longo do referido trajeto.
