Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DE UM MOVIMENTO DE APOIO DE PINHãO". Um método e um aparelho para a determinação de um movimento de apoio de pinhão, para corrigir o alinhamento de pinhão em engrenagem, com base em um <30>t de pinhão, eliminando os inconvenientes mencionados anteriormente, são providos. O uso de uma representação visual realista de um engranzamento de engrenagem em pinhão, mostrando os ângulos de pressão da engrenagem e do pinhão, bem como o ângulo do pinhão abaixo da linha de centro de retificação, permite uma determinação rápida e acurada de um apoio de pinhão, para alinhar um movimento de conjunto de pinhão em engrenagem. Ao usar dados de diferencial de temperatura do pinhão sob condições de carga, a presente invenção permite um meio fácil e eficiente de determinação de um movimento de apoio de pinhão para alinhamento de um conjunto de pinhão em engrenagem, sem requerer cálculos manuais complicados ou uma entrada de dados em um programa de computador. Mais ainda, a presente invenção é de peso leve e portátil, desse modo evitando-se os inconvenientes freq³entemente associados a dispositivos elétricos portáteis e computadores laptop.
