Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE DESIDROXILAçãO DE SILICATO DE ALUMìMO E INSTALAçãO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DESIDROXILAçãO DE SILICATO DE ALUMìNIO". A invenção refere-se a um processo e a uma instalação de tratamento de desidroxilação de silicato de alumínio, em que se submete partículas que compreendem o silicato de alumínio a uma temperatura de pelo menos 500<198>C. As partículas encontram-se em forma de pó seco e transporta-se eventualmente o pó seco (26) em uma corrente de gás (30) a uma temperatura de 600 a 850<198>C durante um período suficiente para atingir o grau de desidroxilação desejado. O pó pode ser obtido a partir de uma pasta de base hidratada em (23) de pasta de base por ação mecânica (em 3) na presença de um gás quente (24) a uma temperatura de 500<198>C a 800<198>C, para formar o pó seco (26).
