Abstract

"PROCESSO DE LAMINAçãO DE FOLHA DE ALUMìNIO APERFEIçOADO". A invenção refere-se a um processo de laminação de folhas de alumínio, que compreende as etapas de tomar duas tiras de alumínio, colocar as superfícies de faceamento das duas tiras em contato entre si, e submeter as duas tiras a uma primeira operação de laminação por compressão, depois, submeter as mesmas duas tiras a uma segunda operação de laminação por compressão, enquanto mantém as duas tiras substancialmente no mesmo registro que quando a primeira operação de laminação por compressão foi conduzida. Vantajosamente, seguindo a primeira operação de laminação por compressão, as duas tiras são enroladas conjuntamente em uma bobina comum, para auxiliar a manter o registro delas para a segunda operação de laminação por compressão. Em uma concretização, um material de liberação é aplicado às superfícies de faceamento de pelo menos uma das tiras, antes de uni-las para primeira operação de laminação por compressão, e uma quantidade adicional de material de liberação, inferior àquela aplicada antes da primeira operação de laminação por compressão, ou mesmo uma quantidade zero, é aplicada entre as duas operações de laminação por compressão.
