Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO COM SUBSTITUTOS PARA TRATAMENTO DE PARTES DE SUBSTRATO PLáSTICO QUE ACEITAM PINTURA SEM USO DE PROMOTORES DE ADESãO". São providos processo e dispositivo para tratar um artigo conformado de modo irregular, de modo a preparar o artigo para pintura. O dispositivo inclui um queimador que pode produzir uma chama ajustável que pode se fixar nas fendas, aberturas ou outros aspectos topográficos irregulares de um item a ser pintado ou de outra forma revestido. O dispositivo queimador provê, adicionalmente, dispositivos para aplicação de uma substância química de enxerto sobre uma superfície recentemente oxidada. Adicionalmente, a invenção provê dispositivos para colorir os objetos tratados, de modo que eles podem ser reconhecidos como tendo sido tratados. Em outra concretização, as substâncias químicas de enxerto podem ser melhoradas com soluções eletrolíticas, tal que, os processos eletrostáticos de pintura podem ser subseq³entemente empregados neste item. Em uma concretização alternativa, o queimador é adaptado para aspergir um pó dentro de uma chama geralmente fechada e é usado em conjunto com pistolas de corte para fabricação de preformas de fibra de vidro ou carbono. Em uma concretização preferida, todos os sistemas principais da presente invenção são providos com substitutos que permitem a operação contínua do dispositivo. Adicionalmente, o dispositivo provê meios para operar e modificar o processo tanto por dispositivos de comunicação local ou remota.
