Abstract

"MéTODOS E APARELHOS PARA A PRODUçãO E PARA A APLICAçãO DE RóTULOS". Um aparelho para a aplicação de rótulos, incluindo rótulos pendurados, na forma de uma tira contínua de material a recipientes, é definido. O aparelho inclui um primeiro e um segundo carretéis nos quais o material de tira contínua é enrolado para aplicação a recipientes pelo aparelho. O aparelho inclui um arranjo de formação de fatia automático para a alimentação do material de tira a partir de um segundo carretel, após o primeiro carretel ser exaurido. Os rótulos são na forma de uma tira contínua de material e nenhuma tira de suporte separada é provida para os rótulos. O aparelho inclui um par de rolos de intercâmbio e um par associado de meios de guia, os quais se fundem para a definição de um único meio de guia, e um meio de indexação disposto adjacente ao ponto em que os meios de guia se fundem. Os rolos de intercâmbio são acionados de modo síncrono por um único meio de acionamento através de um servomeio ou similar. A tira de rótulos é feita pela impressão em um ou ambos os lados da tira de material e pelo dobramento com sulco da tira de material paralelo ao eixo longitudinal do material, para a geração de uma sucessão de rótulos ou panfletos de camada múltipla unidos.
