"PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA EMULSãO óLEO EM áGUA E DE MICROCáPSULAS, E, MICROCáPSULA". São descritos tensoativos poliméricos reativos, e seu uso em processos para a preparação de microcápsulas, e em emulsões estabilizadas. Os tensoativos são copolímeros em bloco ou polímeros de enxerto que contêm unidades tanto hidrofóbicas quanto hidrofílicas e nos quais a unidade hidrofóbica inclui uma unidade reticulante hidrofílica que reage com (a) um ingrediente formador de parede em um processo de microencapsulação, ou (b) um ingrediente na fase dispersa de uma emulsão.
