Abstract

"PASTILHA DE CORTE SINTERIZADA POSSUINDO FURO CENTRAL PARA PARAFUSO DE PRENDER". A presente invenção se refere a uma pastilha de corte que inclui um corpo formado de pó sinterizado, com um furo central se estendendo através do corpo para recepção de um parafuso de apertar. O furo central inclui uma porção cilíndrica. O corpo inclui duas superfícies laterais se estendendo descendentemente a partir dos respectivos gumes (cortes, fios, bordas, arestas de corte) principais da pastilha. Um recesso está formado em cada superfície lateral e se estende para o fundo do corpo. Cada recesso possui um comprimento mais longo do que o diâmetro do furo central. Preferivelmente, o comprimento do recesso é 120 % do diâmetro do furo central. A presente invenção também diz respeito a uma ferramenta de fresar compreendendo um cabo e a pastilha de corte indexável anteriormente descrita, em que o recesso se estende além da integridade de porção cilíndrica na direção longitudinal da pastilha como a pastilha é observada em uma direção em direção das superfícies laterais.
