A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de aminotiazol com benzamida mono-/dissubstituída que são representados pela Fórmula (I), seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, pró-drogas farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, metabólitos farmaceuticamente ativos e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos referidos metabólitos. Estes agentes modulam e/ou inibem a proliferação celular e a atividade de proteína-quinases e são úteis como agentes farmacêuticos para o tratamento de malignidades e outras distúrbios.
