Abstract

"ADAPTAçãO DE BACTéRIAS PARA USO EM LIXìVIA". Processo para adaptação das bactérias para uso na lixívia de minérios e concentrados, o processo caracterizado pelas etapas de: a) obtenção de amostras de bactéria exibindo um ou mais atributos desejados; b) combinação de amostras de bactérias da etapa a) com um estoque de cultura bacteriana conhecido por ter a capacidade de oxidar minerais de sulfeto, pelo que, a cultura bacteriana combinada resultante de forma final, expressa ambos ou mais atributos desejados e a capacidade de oxidar minerais de sulfeto. O atributo desejado específico é preferivelmente tolerância ao sal.
