Abstract
"FORNO METALúRGICO E CESTA PARA MATERIAL PARA UM FORNO METALúRGICO". A invenção é relativa a um forno metalúrgico que compreende um vaso (10), uma cobertura (20) para o vaso, um dispositivo de carregamento (30) para carregar itens que devem ser fundidos no dito vaso. Dito dispositivo de carregamento compreende um dispositivo de retenção rotativo (31) e um volume (C) para receber itens de carregamento, e uma projeção (40) que é fornecida na abertura de carregamento (42) e que é disposta sobre a cobertura (20) ou sobre o vaso (10). O forno tem um nível de enchimento máximo (H2), o dispositivo de retenção rotativo é girado para carregamento na projeção, o vaso, a cobertura o dispositivo de carregamento, o elemento de retenção e a projeção são dimensionados de tal maneira que o curso do basculante do dispositivo de retenção é mais alto do que o nível de enchimento máximo (H2). A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de o dispositivo de carregamento compreender no mínimo duas cestas auto-suportantes para material (32), que podem ser posicionadas em uma maneira removível acima da projeção (40) compreendendo, respectivamente, uma câmara interna que pode ser fechada sobre o lado inferior da cesta para material (32) pelo dispositivo de retenção (31) e também um volume (C) para receber os itens de carregamento e um dispositivo intercambiável (32) fornecido para intercambiar e posicionar a cesta para material (32).
