"ARTIGO DO TIPO CALçADO COM UM ELEMENTO QUE ENCAIXA NO SOLO E MéTODO DE ALTERAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO QUE ENCAIXA NO SOLO". Artigo do tipo calçado dotado de uma unidade que encaixa no solo. A unidade que encaixa no solo de acordo com a presente invenção se estende para fora de uma sola do artigo do tipo calçado e tem pelo menos uma porção que pode ser ajustada para apresentar um perfil de altura variável (isto é, uma distância que a unidade que encaixa no solo se estende da sola). A unidade que encaixa no solo é, de preferência, uma unidade única presa ou de outro modo fixada à sola. De preferência, ela inclui uma ponta montada movelmente em uma base. A ponta é extensível ou retraível, seletivamente com relação à base. Em uma concretização da presente invenção, a ponta e a base são encaixadas rosqueavelmente, de modo que a altura da ponta é ajustável pela rotação da ponta em relação à base entre posições pré-determinadas. Um mecanismo de travamento também pode ser proporcionado para fixar a ponta e a base em uma relação particular relativa.
