Abstract

"USO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE SILICONE, COMPOSIçãO DE SILICONE E SUPORTE". A presente invenção trata de composições de silicone reticuláveis ou reticuladas, suscetíveis de ser utilizados para formar um revestimento hidrófugo e antiaderente para suporte maleável de papel ou de polímero, em particular termossensível. Essas composições são do tipo das que compreendem poliorganossiloxanos reticulantes portadores de unidades SiH e poliorganossiloxanos insaturados, de preferência vinilados, aptos a reagir com um reticulante por poliadição, em presença de platina para formar o revestimento reticulado antiaderente sobre o suporte maleável. A finalidade visada é permitir a reticulação em baixa temperatura (85-90<198>C), de modo instantâneo, de tais composições de silicone, aplicadas como recobrimento de suportes maleáveis em altíssima velocidade. Para atingir esse objetivo, a presente invenção propõe o uso de reticulantes particulares constituídos por POS hidrogenados em extremidade de cadeia e na cadeia. A presente invenção trata ainda das composições de silicone de tipo sem solvente ou poli(hidrogenometil)(dimetil)siloxano <244>,<sym>-bis hidrogenodimetilsiloxi e o catalisador de platina, entre outros. Aplicação: revestimentos de silicone antiaderentes obtidos por reticulação/poliadição para suportes maleáveis termossensíveis, por exemplo filmes de polímero de polietileno.
