Abstract

"ELEMENTO TUBULAR EXPANSìVEL PARA UTILIZAçãO EM UM FURO DE POçO FORMADO EM UMA FORMAçãO TERRESTRE". Um elemento tubular expansivo para utilização em um furo de poço formado em uma formação terrestre, o elemento tubular compreendendo um primeiro tubo expansível radialmente e um segundo tubo expansível radialmente. Os tubos são arranjados em uma maneira tal, que uma porção extrema do segundo tubo se estende para o interior de uma porção extrema do primeiro tubo, na qual, uma selecionada das ditas porções extremas tem uma resistência reduzida à expansão radial por unidade de comprimento comparada com uma porção remanescente do tubo ao qual a porção extrema selecionada pertence.
