Abstract

"ARTIGO ABSORVENTE DESCARTáVEL". Um artigo absorvente descartável para uso pessoal possui um revestimento geralmente permeável a líquido adaptado para contigüidade com a pele do usuário, e uma cobertura externa. Um corpo absorvente reside entre o revestimento e a cobertura externa para absorver dejeto corpóreo líquido. Uma camada de surto reside entre o revestimento e o corpo absorvente para receber dejeto corpóreo líquido penetrando o revestimento e para subseqüentemente liberar o dejeto corpóreo líquido para o corpo absorvente. A camada de surto possui uma superfície interna, uma superfície externa geralmente voltada para o corpo absorvente e uma abertura estendendo-se de sua superfície interna na direção de sua superfície externa. Uma camada de controle de fluxo entre o revestimento e o corpo absorvente pelo menos retarda o fluxo de dejeto corpóreo líquido da abertura da camada de surto para o corpo absorvente para facilitar a sensação prolongada de umidade contra a pele do usuário quando da liberação de dejeto corpóreo líquido no referido artigo.
