Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA A MOLDAGEM DE COMPRESSãO DE ARTIGOS PLáSTICOS". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo e a um método para a moldagem de compressão de artigos plásticos. Na presente invenção, o dispositivo para a moldagem de compressão de objetos plásticos, compreende uma pluralidade de unidades de moldagem de compressão (9), cada uma das quais compreendendo um elemento de molde de núcleo e uma cavidade de moldagem (2) que é adequada para ser preenchida pelo gotejamento na mesma de uma dose de material plástico, onde cada uma das referidas unidades de moldagem (9) é projetada para realizar seq³ências de moldagem compreendendo uma operação de abertura do referido molde, uma operação de preenchimento da cavidade de moldagem (2), e uma operação de abaixar o referido elemento de molde de núcleo e de fechamento do referido molde. Em concordância com a presente invenção, o dispositivo está caracterizado pelo fato de que adicionalmente compreende mecanismos de acionamento excêntrico para tomada da referida cavidade de moldagem (2) externamente aos eixos geométricos verticais dos referidos elementos de molde positivo entre a operação de abertura do molde e a operação de preenchimento da referida cavidade de moldagem. A presente invenção também se refere a um método para a produção de objetos plásticos pela moldagem de compressão por intermédio do dispositivo de moldagem de compressão como descrito precedentemente.
