Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO TERAPêUTICO PARA O TRATAMENTO POR ELETROMIOESTIMULAçãO DAS PERTURBAçõES FUNCIONAIS DA INSUFICIêNCIA VENOSA DOS MEMBROS INFERIORES E A PREVENçãO DAS TROMBOSES VENOSAS PROFUNDAS". Esse dispositivo (10) compreende um artigo tricotado de tipo meia longa, meia curta ou meia-calça com uma parte de perna própria para entrar em contato cutâneo com o membro inferior. Ele compreende, pelo menos em uma parte de sua superfície em contato com o membro inferior, uma zona tricotada eletricamente condutora (24) ligada a um terminal de um gerador de eletromioestimulação (12). A altura da zona condutora (24) é definida de maneira a cobrir uma grande extensão de uma região escolhida do membro inferior, notadamente a região da panturrilha, da coxa ou do pé, e a malha do tricó dessa zona condutora inclui um fio de trama ou um fio de fundo eletricamente condutor. Vantajosamente, a malha e os fios desse artigo são escolhidos de maneira a formar uma órtese compressiva, própria para fornecer uma contenção terapêutica regressiva a partir do tornozelo.
