Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UM EXPLOSIVO EM EMULSãO SENSIBILIZADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a gaseificação química rápida de um explosivo em emulsão sem a presença de óxidos de nitrogênio tóxicos no produto de explosivo em emulsão acabado, quando nitrito é usado como o componente de gaseificação. Uréia atua como um acelerador de gaseificação e uréia é adicionada à solução de lubrificação com água ou tanto na solução de lubrificação com água como no componente de gaseificação. Para obter uma gaseificação rápida de um explosivo em emulsão, a emulsão é preparada em um pH na faixa de 0-3, por uso de um ácido orgânico tendo, pelo menos, 3 átomos de carbono.
