Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FUNDIçãO REDUTORA". Trata-se de um processo de fundição redutora que inclui as etapas de: permitir que um gás metálico e um gás reativo reajam entre eles, para gerar um composto reduto; introduzir o composto redutor assim gerado em uma cavidade de uma matriz de moldagem 11; e reduzir um filme de óxido formado sobre uma superfície de um metal em fusão, pelo composto redutor, para fundir um produto fundido. O processo de fundição redutora usa um gás não reativo como um gás de transporte, quando o gás metálico é introduzido na cavidade, na qual uma quantidade de fluxo do gás não reativo é deixada ser de um sexto a duas vezes aquela do gás reativo.
