Abstract

"PROCESSO E MOLDE PARA MOLDAGEM DE EMBALAGENS PLáSTICAS". A presente invenção se refere a processo e molde para a moldagem de embalagens plásticas que utiliza a técnica de moldagem a sopro por extrusão contínua com cavidades unidas pelo gargalo por uma cabeça perdida. O processo de acordo com a invenção compreende basicamente (i) formação de parisons; (ii) fechamento do molde de maneira que as cavidades superiores e inferiores se fechem sobre os ditos parisons, prensando e soldando as extremidades dos referidos parisons nas regiões dos postiços superior e inferior; (iii) pinçamento da região das cabeças perdidas; (iv) avanço de um conjunto de agulhas, de modo que todas as agulhas de sopro penetrem simultaneamente em todos os parisons previstos no molde; (v) alimentação de ar comprimido até que as paredes dos parisons encostem-se à superfície interna das cavidades superiores e inferiores; (vi) retirada do ar e abertura do molde para a extração das embalagens suspensas pelas cabeças perdidas; (vii) estampagem das embalagens recém moldadas para a retirada das aparas dos fundos; e (viii) transporte das embalagens até um degolador, onde as embalagens são separadas das cabeças perdidas. A presente invenção trata também de um molde adequado para ser utilizado no processo descrito.
