Abstract
"SISTEMA E PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO DE FLUIDO DE POçO SUBMARINO". Um sistema para tratamento ou processamento de fluido de poço submarino tem um separador de fluido de poço submarino para separar os componentes mais pesados e mais leves de fluido de poço fluindo de um poço submarino e levar os componentes mais leves a fluírem para uma instalação de processamento na superfície. Um estrangulador é localizado a jusante do separador para limitar a vazão de fluido do poço proveniente do poço submarino. O separador tem uma câmara cilíndrica dotada de um comprimento pelo menos dez vezes o seu diâmetro. Uma unidade de coalescência tendo uma pluralidade de tubos aos quais um potencial elétrico é aplicado é localizada na câmara para causar as gotículas de água no fluido de poço de passagem através dos tubos a coalescerem em gotículas maiores. Uma unidade de dieletroforese tendo um par de chapas ondulantes estreitamente espaçadas entre si é também localizada na câmara. As chapas da unidade de dieletroforese têm a elas aplicado um potencial elétrico para forçar as gotículas de água no fluido de poço no interior de partes de passagem predeterminadas entre as chapas a formar seções de líquido de alto teor de água. Válvulas de bypass permitem a retrolavagem de um dos separadores enquanto os outros prosseguem em operação.
