Abstract

"PROGRAMAçãO EFICAZ DE CANAL DE ENERGIA EM UMA REDE SEM FIO". Trata-se de um método e sistema para otimizar a programação de acesso de canal para dispositivos múltiplos de computação sem fio pela rede sem fio que melhora a eficiência de acesso de canal com relação ao primeiro canal. Um ponto de acesso ou computador central, inclui um transceptor central para receber informação de controle dos dispositivos de computação sem fio por um canal de baixa energia. Ao receber a informação de controle, o ponto de acesso aplica um algoritmo de programação para programar o acesso de canal para os dispositivos de computação sem fio para transmitir dados pelo canal de comunicação primário. Os dispositivos de computação sem fio incluem um rádio de baixa freq³ência para receber informação de programação através do canal de baixa energia durante os períodos inativos. Quando a informação de programação é recebida, o dispositivo de computação sem fio ativa os componentes interface de rede de canal do mesmo para comunicar dados através do canal primário. Quando o dispositivo de computação é inativo, o dispositivo é configurado para desativar todos os componentes do mesmo com exceção do conjunto de circuito requerido para ligar o canal de baixa energia. Como tal, o canal de baixa energia é mantido em um estado ativo para receber informação de programação, tal como um programa de acesso, durante ambos períodos inativo e não-inativo.
