Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTO EM PERFIL METáLICO PARA COMPOSIçãO DE ESTRUTURAS PARA MONTAGEM DE QUADROS ELéTRICOS". Compreendendo um perfil (104) que, pelo lado externo, constitui os meios de sustentação para os fechamentos e acessórios, enquanto que, pelo lado interno, a mesma estrutura configura os montantes para montagem dos componentes e dispositivos elétricos e eletrónicos, como também dito perfil (104) apresenta uma seção transversal com uma geometria definida por um formato de triângulo retângulo, porém, os seus lados concorrem para formar uma seção interna ou núcleo central na forma tubular (105), onde o vértice (106) está orientado para o lado de dentro do gabinete (100), enquanto o vértice oposto (107) está orientado para o lado de fora do dito gabinete (100), enquanto que os outros dois vértices adjacentes (108) apresentam uma conformação peculiar, definida pelas paredes (109) que formam o ângulo reto (106), já que estas paredes para formar cada vértice (107) são perpendicularmente dobradas em direção ao vértice (107) e, logo em seguida, é dobrada novamente para dentro formando um topo em 'U' (110) e, ao mesmo tempo, os trechos de paredes (111) recebem uma sucessão de dobraduras em ângulos diferentes e suficientes para que estas paredes (111) possam terminar uma contra a outra se sobrepondo para formar o vértice (107), onde ocorre o fechamento do perfil e, ao mesmo tempo, este vértice prolonga-se para fora e configura uma aba de montagem (112), a qual é ladeada pelas duas paredes (111) que, além de serem completamente cegas, ficam do lado de fora do gabinete (100), o que não ocorre com as paredes (109) que ficam do lado de dentro do gabinete (100), pois estas distribuem carreiras de aberturas e furos com formatos e dimensões variáveis (113), que constituem os pontos de fixação para diferentes componentes que são montados no interior do gabinete, o que também acontece com a aba de montagem (112), onde a mesma é vazada por carreiras de furos e aberturas variáveis (114) de fixação de componentes externos ao gabinete (100).
