Abstract

"MOTOR COM INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL E AR". A presente invenção refere-se a um motor de injeção de combustível e ar que inclui um injetor composto de uma válvula de injeção de combustível para injetar combustível e uma válvula de injeção de combustível e ar para injetar diretamente combustível junto com ar comprimido em uma câmara de combustão e um alojamento de injetor para reter e segurar o injetor em um corpo do motor. O injetor é suportado em uma cobertura do cabeçote e pelo menos parte de uma passagem de fornecimento de ar comprimido para fornecer ar comprimido ao injetor é proporcionada diretamente na cobertura do cabeçote. Adicionalmente, um alojamento de injetor é formado integralmente com uma cobertura do cabeçote que forma parte de um corpo de motor. Com esta configuração, a escala do motor, a complicação da estrutura em torno do motor e o número de partes requeridas podem ser mantidos a um mínimo.
