Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM CATALISADOR PARA A OXIDAçãO E AMOXIDAçãO DE OLEFINAS". Processo para a preparação de um catalisador de óxidos metálicos mistos à base de antimonato em um estado oxidado cataliticamente ativo, em que o catalisador é representado pela fórmula empírica Me~ a~Sb~ b~X~ c~Q~ d~R~ e~O~ f~, em que Me, X, Q, R, a, b, c, d, e e f são conforme aqui definidos, compreendendo (a) o contato de uma pasta semifluida aquosa de Sb~ 2~O~ 3~ com HNO~ 3~ e um ou mais compostos de Me e, opcionalmente, um ou mais compostos selecionados em compostos de X, Q ou R para formar uma primeira mistura; (b) o aquecimento e secagem da primeira mistura para formar um produto sólido; e (c) a calcinação do produto sólido para formar o catalisador, os catalisadores preparados pelo processo, e o uso dos catalisadores em processos de amoxidação e oxidação. Os catalisadores da invenção são particularmente úteis para a produção de acrilonitrila a partir de propileno, amónia e um gás contendo oxigênio.
