Abstract

"APARELHO PARA PREPARAR BEBIDAS QUENTES, NOTADAMENTE SOPAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para preparar bebidas quentes, notadamente sopas, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende uma armação (1) na parte interna da qual são dispostos meios (2) para aquecer água que chega de uma rede de água potável ou ainda de um recipiente e transformar a mesma em vapor sob pressão e meios para dirigir esse vapor para uma câmara (3) que é atravessada por um conduto de evacuação (4) no qual passa a bebida líquida a preparar, a dita bebida sendo encaminhada a esse conduto (4) até um recipiente (5) por meios de distribuição seq³encial (6) da bebida estocada dentro de um invólucro asséptico (61) disposto dentro de um receptáculo (7) adaptado amovível alojado dentro da armação (1).
