Abstract

"SACHê COM TRêS SOLDAS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma construção aprimorada de sachê (10) resistente a crianças, adequado para conter um produto medicinal, especialmente um produto aromatizado. O sachê é um sachê com três soldas, ou embalagem bastão ('stick pack'), feito a partir de folha laminada, tendo uma solda longitudinal contínua (40) ao longo de um eixo longitudinal e soldas transversais (60, 70) em cada extremidade. A folha laminada é forte o bastante para resistir a rasgamentos, a menos que seja oferecido um entalhe a partir do qual iniciar um rasgo. Uma linha de dobra (B, B<39>) estende-se através de um canto do sachê e através da solda longitudinal contínua, e um entalhe (80) estende-se através do sachê em uma área de solda transversal e perpendicular à linha de dobra, de modo que quando o sachê é dobrado, é revelado um corte que permite ao usuário iniciar um rasgo ao longo da embalagem, abrindo um bico de derramamento para dispensar o produto medicinal. Em um aspecto alternativo da invenção, a folha laminada é dotada de uma resina de copolímero de acrilonitrila acrilato de metila na face da folha que forma a parte interna do sachê. Esta camada oferece melhor retenção de sabor, embora ainda permita que o sachê seja facilmente aberto uma vez que um rasgo tenha sido iniciado.
