Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR GáS DE SìNTESE PARA USO COMO COMBUSTìVEL GASOSO OU COMO ALIMENTAçãO E APARATO PARA SUA PRODUçãO E APARATO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM COMBUSTìVEL LìQUIDO EM PROCESSO AUTO-SUSTENTáVEL". Um processo e aparelho para produção de um gás de síntese para uso como combustível gasoso ou como alimentação em um reator Fischer-Tropsch para produzir um combustível líquido em um processo substancialmente auto-subsistente. Uma pasta de partículas de material carbonáceo em água, e hidrogênio proveniente de uma fonte interna, são alimentados em um reator de hidrogaseificação mediante condições pelas quais gases de gasogênio ricos em metano são gerados e alimentados em um reformador pirolítico de vapor mediante condições pelas quais o gás de síntese que consiste em hidrogênio e monóxido de carbono são gerados. Uma porção do hidrogênio gerado através do reformador pirolítico de vapor é alimentada através de um filtro de purificação de hidrogênio para o reator de hidrogaseificação, o hidrogênio daí constituindo o hidrogênio de uma fonte interna. O gás de síntese restante gerado pelo reformador pirolítico de vapor é ou usado como combustível para um motor a combustível gasoso para produzir eletricidade e/ou calor de processo ou é alimentado em um reator Fischer-Tropsch mediante condições pelas quais um combustível líquido é produzido. Serpentinas de sal fundido são usadas para transferir calor do reator de hidrogaseificação, e o reator Fischer-Tropsch se combustível líquido é produzido, para o gerador de vapor e o reformador pirolítico de vapor.
