Abstract

"UNIDADE CONSTRUTIVA DE CHASSI PARA VEìCULOS AUTOMOTORES". A qual apresenta um dispositivo de freio que gera vibrações induzidas por fricção. Pelo menos um componente da unidade construtiva está exposto às vibrações induzidas por fricção. o componente pode ser configurado como pastilha de freio (9) possuindo uma placa portadora (5) e um revestimento de fricção (10) . A placa portadora (5) e o revestimento de fricção (10) formam duas cavidades que são enchidas com enchimentos (2) de material absorvente de energia e cobertas por uma chapa amortecedora (7) . Quando a pastilha de freio (9) entra em vibrações induzidas por fricção, os enchimentos (2) dissipam a energia vibratória, contribuindo desta forma a evitar ruídos perturbadores de frenagem.
