Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA CONTROLAR FLUXO DE DADOS EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO". São descritos um sistema de controle (900, 1100) e vários métodos e equipamentos para comunicações eficientes de dados através de várias camadas de protocolo. De um modo geral, vários aspectos da invenção propiciam uso eficiente de recursos de comunicação em um sistema de comunicação (100) pelo controle eficiente do retardo de uma mensagem de confirmação TCP da recepção de dados proveniente de uma camada de protocolo de comunicação para outra. Além disso, o retardo da mensagem de confirmação TCP e a mensagem podem ser controlados para efetuar um fluxo de dados eficiente e consistente de uma ponta de origem para uma ponta de destino, em particular no caso de comunicações criptografadas.
