Abstract

"APARELHO DE REVESTIMENTO COM DISPOSITIVO TRANSPORTADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho (1) para o revestimento a vácuo de substratos a fim de tornar o revestimento a vácuo de substratos (11) mais económico, que compreende: - um dispositivo transportador; - pelo menos uma estação de revestimento (7, 71, 72, .... 7N) tendo uma pluralidade de locais de revestimento (91 a 94), que é transportada sobre o dispositivo transportador, e - um dispositivo de evacuação, assim como - um dispositivo para a rotação dos locais de revestimento (91 a 94) sobre o dispositivo transportador.
